Admission

Under the context of the law, every school has a right to determine which applicants it shall accept for enrollment. It has a right to judge the fitness of students seeking admission and re-admission.

As SMI policy, however, admission is open to all pupils and students from other schools in any grade or year level who meet the standards, requirements and regulations specified as follows:

Requirements:

  1. NSO/PSA copy of Birth Certificate
  2. Two 1″x1″ and two 2″x2″ ID colored pictures (white background)
  3. Assessment Record or Report Card
  4. Certificate of Good Moral
  5. Long brown envelop

Admission Procedure:

  1. Complete the Learner Survey Form

  3. Get Assessment of Fees from the Cashier. Contact information

  5. Official Receipt (OR) will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
